Blending Pilates principles with physiotherapy expertise in pelvic floor and abdominal rehabilitation, each session is tailored specifically to your body, stage of life and goals combining intentional breathwork, mobility, neuromuscular connection and targeted strengthening - helping you find the right challenge for your body, not just a generic workout.
